VIRTUAL

Kelli is still in…all in…for virtual shows and workshops. Reach out if you see something that interests you.

So this Covid business is a mess right? The unprecedented (aren’t you SO tired of that word) impacts on daily life, health care, and the worldwide economy are hard to even calculate at this point. Does anyone really need a comic in all this mess?

Maybe!

“Kelli Dunham is comic who has been training for this [pandemic] moment for years”

-TA Sherman, Trice Magazine

For more than a decade, Kelli has been making comedy and sharing stories through and about her own experiences of serious illness and the illness and death from cancer of not one but two partners. KellI is funny without being glib and has the capacity to help participants/audiences laugh at the ridiculousness of the human condition in general and this current season in particular. Even if you’re not looking for a Covid/pandemic specific presentation, Kelli has the capacity to consider the overall context and provide education. entertainment and encouragement your students/ employees/constituents need.

Kelli was recently featured on the National Academy of Sciences’s Hidden Expert virtual Storytelling Series

Thanks to a mobility issue and a full time day job and in order to help organizations that don’t have an extensive travel budget, Kelli has also been performing and teaching workshops virtually for more than five years- Kelli even pioneered an all virtual reality comedy for Microsoft’s AltVR in early 2019! Most of the presentations and workshops described on any of the booking pages are available virtually and you can even see an example of one of Kelli’s virtual performances, filmed by Boston’s PBS Affiliate WGBH World Channel/Stories from the Stage here:

In addition to the usual performances and workshops modified for the virtual environment, Kelli also began offering a new workshop series Our Stories Our Work Ourselves, a story creation/sharing project especially developed to build community amoungst remote workers. Because storytelling has been shown to foster and create connections, help understand and find meaning in their life events and challenges, and decrease feelings of isolation, Our Stories Our Work Ourselves is an ideal program to offer your employees or students. Here are some unsolicited comments about the process from recent workshop participants:
